The Opportunity

As a Tax Operations Transformation - Tech ERP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with developing tax reporting strategies and maintaining compliance with tax regulations. Within our Tax practice, you will analyze financial data, interpret tax laws, and provide guidance on tax reporting requirements, aiming to optimize tax positions and minimize risks for businesses. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and execution of tax reporting strategies to optimize client tax positions
- Analyzing financial data and interpreting tax laws to provide strategic guidance on tax reporting requirements
- Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams by supervising teams
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborating with leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify opportunities for improving tax compliance and minimizing risks
- Preparing and reviewing tax documents to support corporate tax planning and compliance
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to tax and audit guidance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
