The Opportunity

This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. 

The HCP Marketing Insights Lead for HCP Omnichannel marketing team at Abbott Diabetes Care will be accountable for leading HCP Omnichannel insights to support HCP journey building and content strategy, defining omni‑channel data and measurement strategy, and delivering actionable insights on engagement with healthcare providers and their staff. This role will partner closely with commercial, digital, and cross‑functional teams to establish, maintain, and evolve KPIs and measurement frameworks—ensuring insights are translated into learnings that drive optimization and future growth.

What You’ll Work On

  • Assess Omni-Channel Campaign Performance: Define campaign goals and collaborate with analytic team to assess campaign effectiveness and business impact to optimize channel mix and content strategies.

  • Lead Omni-Channel Data Strategy: Partner with analytics teams and agencies to set project goals, define measurement plans, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Provide regular analytical reporting with clear recommendations to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.

  • Uncover Growth Opportunities using Insights: Analyze HCP behavioral data to generate insights that shape customer journeys and content strategies.

  • Define Content Strategy Leveraging Insights: Identify content and asset gap in customer journey leveraging performance data and customer insights

  • Optimize HCP Cross Channel Engagement: Works closely with platform and enablement teams to inform customer journey refinement, enhance data inputs, and improve next best action recommendations orchestrated across channels

  • Manage Performance Dashboards & Data Integrity: Collaborate with data analytics teams to ensure data accuracy, governance, and scalability, consolidating reporting into a single source of truth for performance tracking.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required. MBA preferred or at least 3 years previous marketing/sales experience.

  • Experience with marketing analytics, dashboards and tools

  • Product management experience in medical products or services

  • Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions

  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and stakeholders, translating complex analytics into clear, compelling stories that drive action.

  • Experience with digital health

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, MS Degree in Business

  • Experience analyzing and activating HCP engagement data within a regulated or compliance‑driven marketing environment.

  • Experience designing and operationalizing robust measurement frameworks, including attribution and KPI standardization across channels.

  • Advanced knowledge of Marketing Automation KPIs, A/B testing and on-going optimizations

  • Understanding of omni channel orchestration, segmentation analysis, targeting, creative/messaging development

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic and ambiguous environment

  • Strong analytical thinking, executive presence capabilities and attention to details

  • Previous experience working with technology teams

  • Familiarity with latest analytical tools and dashboard technologies, data warehousing, process, and applications

The base pay for this position is

$100,000.00 – $200,000.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
