Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory (ASMEF), a subsidiary of Ali & Sons Holding LLC, is a leading provider of engineering, fabrication, and construction services for the oil & gas sector. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our operations by ensuring accurate data management, documentation, and reporting across departments.

Key Responsibilities

· Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases.

· Verify data for accuracy and completeness, and resolve any discrepancies.

· Maintain organized records of documents, files, and reports for easy retrieval.

· Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and documentation as required.

· Coordinate with different departments to collect and input required data.

· Ensure confidentiality and security of all company data and records.

· Perform regular data backups and ensure proper documentation control.

· Support administrative tasks related to documentation and reporting.

· Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in line with company requirements.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Experience

· Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.

· Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.

· Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

· Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

· Familiarity with ERP systems or document management systems is an advantage.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Fluency in English (mandatory); Arabic is an advantage.
