- Develop assigned customers from prospect to customer.
- Increase the business share for existing customers.
- Manage proactively customer relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Effectively communicate the unique selling points of the company.
- Represent STARTEAM in a factory audit if required.
- Understand and account for quotations, and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Drive new projects successfully from the Request For Quotation (RFQ) stage to mass production.
- Coordinate with CS to ensure timely order processing, production, and shipment.
- Accountable for Quotation, NPI, Item status tracking and corrective actions in case of underperformance, and overdue.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams & other Account /Sales managers globally, and share customer feedback, technical issues, and improvements for better alignment and a higher success rate to win more business globally.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Identify new opportunities, market gaps, and competitive advantages. 13.Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company's products and generate leads.
- Responsible for global/local account management including setting up a regular communication platform between all involved locations with regular meetings.

- Profound Know-How of PCB and rich sales experience.

- Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with people at all levels in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
