Shift timings: 3 PM IST onwards till 3:00 AM IST (must to comfortable to work in the noon as well as night shift)

The Strategic Advisory team is looking for a consulting-caliber business professional to join our team. The individual needs to work well in both an autonomous role and a team setting. This also includes client-facing interactions and requires a high level of analytical and visualization expertise.
What You Will Do
Create data visualizations in Power BI/other BI that facilitate quick and actionable conclusions
Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide data-backed recommendations
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions for complex business challenges
Microsoft Excel – Basic and Advanced - Apply critical thinking and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge to provide analytical support for client requests
Work independently in a detail-oriented and fast-paced environment
Focus on quick and prompt learning about the Industry and become an SME
Capable of preparing a PowerPoint presentation and program report smartly
Preferred to work from the office with the respective office location, either Vadodara or Bangalore
What You Will Need
Minimum Graduate
1-3 years of experience – Human resource industry exposure preferred.
PL 300 or DL 600 certified must by Microsoft
Shift time – US & UK, as per the business requirement, must be flexible to adjust their shift time
Microsoft Power BI or any similar BI tool with basic knowledge
Experience in dashboard creation, visual analytics, PPT slide content creation, and/or other business intelligence reporting tools a plus.
Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a dynamic environment.
Highly motivated professional individual with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Results-oriented; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results.
Professional working-level fluency in the English language, verbal and written.
Identify any variations in large datasets that might indicate an issue with the data or a swing in program activity.
Work from the office is preferred.
