Job Description
Position Summary: ▪ Formulate regional GTM strategy for LC-MS and software products to meet the expectations of the company’s mid- to long-term strategic plan and annual business growth target. Responsible for the selling strategy, roadmap, feature definition and pricing for the product portfolio. Take in charge of product life-cycle management including pre-commercial launch to excellence, new product GTM strategy and existing products management till discontinuation.
Responsibilities: ▪ Act as regional focal point to connect with global product marketing counterparts on product information and keep up-to-date within regional team ▪ Act as product captain and apply technical & product knowledge, expertise and insights to enhance regional teams' capability in competition and guanrantee win rate in national projects o To be a technical product champion through genration of product positioning, selling strategy, sales tools and organize customized product training for regional team o To provide technical and product support for national central bidding projects o To design appropriate experiments demonstrating superior product performance and specifications based on local competition rationale, work closely with local FAS to develop highly competitive application data for global review ▪ Responsible for market and competitive analysis of LC-MSproducts; monitor on SFDC funnel, forecast, priceand win rate as well as public tender trend by product to give in-time allert on business risk, set countermeasure accordingly and track action execution ▪ Responsible for new product GTM strategy and growth planning for existing product portfolio o To propose company plan for marketing events such as new product launch, seminar/workshop, with optimized budgeting allocation to improve effectives for customer facing activities. o To develop and build good relations with KOLs though technical demonstrations & active participation in the customer facing activities. o Develop customer relationship and conduct VOC to understand market needs for new product ▪ Update and distribute product configuration to sales team regularly
