You will own a defined sub-area of the orchestration layer, shaping how payments are routed, retried, authenticated, and optimized across multiple providers and markets. The work directly impacts conversion, authorization rates, and revenue performance for global merchants. You will operate in a remote-first, globally distributed environment that values written thinking and deep ownership. The role requires strong technical intuition, as you will work closely with engineers on complex payment flows and system trade-offs. You will be expected to define problems independently, not just execute on a roadmap. This is a high-impact product space where small decisions can move real money and measurable performance outcomes.
