Job Description:
The role is responsible for leading the business growth and client engagement agenda of client app by owning engagement journeys & related opportunity areas, commercialization initiatives, and adoption outcomes. The role ensures client app not only delivers core servicing capability, but also supports client interaction, advisor-connect opportunities, consent journeys, and measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagement strategy for One Web One App by shaping journeys that strengthen registration, interaction, consent participation, and advisor connection opportunities, in order to improve client engagement and deepen platform usage.
- Drive growth and commercialization initiatives by identifying business opportunities, defining adoption actions, and partnering with relevant teams, in order to ensure the platform contributes to measurable business outcomes beyond core servicing.
- Own the business development of digital client relations journeys within the platform by translating client and business needs into roadmap priorities, in order to strengthen the role of the platform in client acquisition, nurturing, and relationship-building.
- Monitor adoption and engagement performance by reviewing usage trends, client behaviour, and journey effectiveness, in order to identify improvement opportunities and support performance management.
- Partner with distribution, client value, marketing, and service teams by aligning initiatives and coordinating launch or enhancement plans, in order to maximize business uptake and client impact of engagement-related features.
- Recommend platform improvements based on feedback, insight, and business priorities by evaluating journey performance and stakeholder input, in order to continuously strengthen client value and business growth potential.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in digital product business analysis, requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder sign-off governance.
- Proven experience planning and executing user acceptance testing, including scenario design, defect triage, retesting and formal sign-off.
- Strong knowledge of Life insurance, pension / retirement (e.g., MPF) knowledge and servicing journeys, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into clear requirements, testing scenarios, and experience improvements.
- Solid understanding of agile delivery ways of working (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement) and ability to collaborate with cross-functional delivery squads.
- Practical change management capability: impact assessment, stakeholder communications, readiness planning, and coordinating materials across phases.
- Experience using digital/app analytics to identify drop-offs, friction points, and adoption opportunities, translating insights into prioritized improvements and measurable outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking; comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups and managing ambiguity in fast-moving delivery timelines.
- Insurance / financial services domain knowledge is an advantage
