Technical Adviser (Knowledge Management, Insights & Documentation (OHOPRS Secretariat))

The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction (FMHAPR) is leading national efforts to reduce poverty, strengthen humanitarian coordination, and improve social protection outcomes in alignment with the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Federal Government of Nigeria.

As part of these reforms, the Ministry is piloting the One Humanitarian - One Poverty Response System (OHOPRS), an integrated framework designed to strengthen coordination, evidence-based planning, and service delivery across humanitarian and poverty reduction programmes. Embedded within the framework is the Poverty Intelligence Lab (PIL), which serves as a national platform for data-driven decision-making and strategic policy analysis.

The successful implementation of OHOPRS requires strong systems for knowledge generation, institutional learning, strategic documentation, and evidence translation. While technical teams generate significant volumes of data and analytical outputs, there remains a critical need
