Your mission

The Challenge
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and empathetic Customer Service Assistant to join us 100% on-site in the Munich region. In this role, you will be the voice of Silimed for our clients, ensuring smooth communication, managing orders, and providing top-tier support to healthcare professionals and partners.

What you’ll do:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and healthcare professionals in the region, handling inquiries with professionalism and care.

Manage the full order cycle, from processing and tracking to ensuring timely delivery.

Resolve customer issues, claims, and inquiries efficiently, collaborating with internal departments.

Maintain and update accurate client records in our system.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure regional business goals are met.

Who you are:

Your profile

The Background: Prior experience in customer service, administration, or a similar client-facing role (experience in the healthcare or medical device sector is a plus).

The Languages: Professional fluency in German and English is essential. (Knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is a great asset).

The Vibe: Excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The Location: Based in or willing to commute to the Munich region for a fully on-site position.
