
Change Management Specialist
Job Description
The Change Management Specialist (CMS) is a key member of the internal change team supporting the organization’s multi‑year Business Transformation (BT) initiative. The CMS supports the planning, delivery, and sustainment of change initiatives by providing coordination, analysis, and delivery support across stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities. Working under the guidance of an OCM Lead, the role contributes to the successful adoption of organizational, process, and technology changes.
