We are looking for a seasoned, exceptionally well-networked Client Relationship Executive to join our Chicago team and help shape and build the firm’s presence across the Chicago and Midwest Region. Working closely with our Practice Leaders across Accounting Advisory, Risk Advisory, Technology-Enabled Transformation, and Transactions, you will drive new client relationships with the Office of the CFO, Private Equity sponsors, and C-suite and board-level leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies. - For applicants located in Illinois, CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The base salary range for this position is $200,000 – $250,000 annually, which takes into account a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, education, business needs, and internal equity.
- This role is also eligible for variable incentive compensation (commission) based on revenue generated by the individual. Total on‑target earnings are expected to range from approximately $450,000 – $500,000 annually, though actual earnings may vary based on individual performance.
- This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
- In addition, this role may be eligible to participate in the firm’s long‑term incentive program, which may include incentive units, subject to applicable plan terms, approvals, and eligibility requirements
