We are committed to delivering best-in-class support and insights that empower our clients to achieve meaningful results. As we expand TikTok Shop in the region, we are looking for a passionate and strategic Brand Partnership Manager to accelerate adoption and success of TikTok Shop Ads within our top enterprise and mid-market accounts.

About the Role As a Brand Partnership Manager focused on TikTok Shop, you will play a critical role in driving revenue, leading strategic conversations with clients, and positioning TikTok Shop Ads as a core solution in our ecosystem. You will act as a trusted consultant to clients and cross-functional teams, helping brands integrate commerce and media strategies, unlock performance opportunities, and scale their businesses through TikTok Shop. Success in this role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, client-centricity, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of e-Commerce dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic relationships with enterprise clients, with a focus on TikTok Shop adoption and commerce media strategy.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in TikTok Shop Ads, educating clients and internal stakeholders on product capabilities, best practices, and roadmap developments.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Solutions Managers (CSMs), Product Marketing, and E-commerce teams to deliver high-impact solutions and integrated media plans.
  • Identify key growth opportunities within your client portfolio and develop tailored activation plans to maximize Shop Ads usage and performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and business data to inform strategy, provide actionable recommendations, and build compelling narratives.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and category movements to proactively guide client strategy and drive innovation.
  • Champion feedback loops with Product and cross-functional teams, sharing insights from clients to improve TikTok Shop solutions.
  • Participate in internal knowledge sharing initiatives, contributing to case studies, learning sessions, and strategic alignment across teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, e-Commerce, or media sales.
  • Proven success in managing complex client relationships and delivering consultative, data-driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystem, performance marketing, and retail media strategies.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and build trust with high-level stakeholders.
  • High written and oral proficiency in Spanish and English is required due to frequent communications with stakeholders based in Spanish-Speaking markets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with commerce or marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Mercado Libre, Shopee, etc.)
  • Experience in selling or managing performance-based ad products.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with auction-based media buying.
  • Self-starter mindset with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, analytics).
