Complex Director of Housekeeping

The Complex Director of Housekeeping serves a dual role, acting as the Executive Housekeeper for the Williamsburg Lodge while providing centralized leadership and operational oversight across Colonial Williamsburg’s hotel properties, including Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel & Suites and the Williamsburg Inn. The role provides direct day-to-day leadership for Lodge housekeeping operations and partners with property-level Executive Housekeepers to align standards, staffing strategies, training, labor management, inspections, and financial controls across properties. This position drives consistency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while supporting a high-quality guest experience.
