Job Description
- Manage a significant part of the Polish business and lead a team of Account Managers. Deliver against business goals. Develop and execute long-term regional business plans that align with the CEE growth ambition.
- Manage, inspire, and coach a team of high-performing Googlers. Evolve them into engaged sellers and strategic advisors.
- Cultivate and own C-level relationships with executive customers, acting as a trusted advisor for their digital roadmap.
- Guide your team in enabling the digital and AI transformation of customers to evoke meaningful change that enables them to grow their business and ours.
- Oversee implementation, measurement, and recovery plans. Identify process improvements and scale best practices across local and international large customer sales teams. Excellent Pipeline Management is expected from teams.
