As a Commercial Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling smarter pricing, stronger contracts and seamless commercial execution across the Netherlands.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will sit at the heart of our commercial operations, working closely with sales, pricing, marketing, customer service, legal and quality teams. Your day to day work will balance analytical thinking with strong stakeholder collaboration. You will manage pricing activities from quote preparation through to SAP implementation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with policy. Alongside this, you will own key elements of commercial contract management, supporting multiple franchises while ensuring compliance, visibility and value delivery. You will also contribute to cross functional projects that drive process improvement and digital innovation, helping the business evolve how we work and how we serve our customers.

What will you need to be successful?

To thrive in this role, you will combine a structured, detail oriented mindset with a strong sense of business partnership.
  • You bring experience or strong capability in commercial operations, pricing, contracts or analytical roles within a complex organisation
  • You are comfortable working with systems such as SAP and CPQ tools, and enjoy improving processes through digital solutions
  • You communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders and are able to balance priorities in a fast paced environment
  • You work with autonomy, rigour and a strong team spirit, responding quickly and thoughtfully to business needs
