Compensation:
$6,000 sign-on bonus for full time hires!
We expect to pay between $27.00- $44.46 of the overall compensation range for this role. Final pay is determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
What You'll Do:
Implement individualized treatment plans under PT supervision
Progress patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and manual therapy
Educate patients, families, and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the PT treatment program
Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with APTA standards
Requirements
Physical Therapy Assistant License
Must meet physical requirements of frequent lifting, bending and squatting
Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented
Great interpersonal skills; demonstrating patience, composure and cooperation; working well with all patients, physicians and staff
Understanding of and adherence to all safety, risk management and precautionary procedures, including the consistent respect for confidentiality (HIPAA)
