Working for our team, you can truly make a difference.  Job Responsibilities Support the Finance Controller in monthly financial closing and reporting activities. Review P&L, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support cost monitoring and basic cost analysis to assist in controlling operating expenses and improving cost visibility. Support Indonesian tax compliance and tax audits, including VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and Transfer Pricing documentation. Coordinate effectively with the Shared Service Center (SSC) on accounting, reporting, and transactional matters. Liaise with external tax consultants, auditors, and tax authorities under the guidance of the Finance Controller. Support internal control processes and follow up on audit findings, tax findings, and internal review points. Work closely with internal plant teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, HR) to support finance-related activities and discussions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Tax Brevet A & B is an advantage. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or controlling roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment and/or tax/accounting firm. Good understanding of Indonesian taxation (VAT, WHT, CIT); experience supporting tax audits is a strong advantage. Experience working in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment is preferred. Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external parties. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a lean team environment. Able to work independently with appropriate guidance and supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage. Good command of written and spoken English.
