We are looking for an Enterprise Lead to spearhead growth and scale TikTok’s dine-in local services ecosystem. TikTok’s local services partnerships are a critical means of accelerating the platform's service offerings to users and merchants. As the Enterprise Lead, you will own relationships with the most strategic enterprise-level dine-in partners while building, coaching, and leading a high-performing account team. The immediate focus will be on scaling and deepening relationships with top enterprise dine-in brands, unlocking new service offerings and growth opportunities on TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a team of Enterprise Account Managers overseeing TikTok's Go. Provide coaching, guidance and mentorship to drive both team and client's success. Support your team's career growth while fostering high performance.
- Own enterprise revenue and growth outcomes for the dine-in vertical. Translate topline targets into clear operating plans, account strategies, and executional priorities across complex, multi-location and enterprise partners.
- Serve as a senior partner to enterprise merchants, engaging HQ and executive stakeholders to drive adoption, expansion, and retention. Lead strategic planning conversations and align TikTok solutions with partners’ broader business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Sales Operations to scale best practices, improve processes, and close performance gaps across the enterprise team.
- Build and maintain an inclusive, high-performing team culture that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experienced in account management/client services roles, particularly with enterprise partners.
- Proven track record of people management experience, leading and developing high-performing accounts or sales team while driving measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, adoption, and client retention within enterprise accounts.
- Strong strategic thinking, operational rigor, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive measurable client outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading a regional enterprise team.
- Deep understanding of US’s food and dine-in industry, including key trends and market dynamics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Proven ability to lead and align with cross-functional teams—especially in Operations, Product, and Analytics—to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.
- Robust product acumen, with the ability to understand and contribute to TikTok’s local services strategy
