Working closely with both the Business Planning and Activation teams, Analytics designs the data strategy that connects clients’ marketing to real-world business goals. We then analyze this data to optimize investment strategy and uncover insights that bring clients closer to their marketing, helping them understand whether they are reaching the right audiences and doing so in the right way. What does a successful Manager look like? We don’t all look the same, and we don’t expect you to, either. Successful members of our team are curious, data-driven, and passionate about emerging tech and media. They bring fresh perspectives, communicate ideas constructively, embrace challenges, and are motivated to continuously learn and improve. Among Manager candidates, we look for prior experience in media analytics, with a strong foundation in digital media. Managers are expected to represent the Analytics team to internal and external stakeholders, so experience in client-facing communication and storytelling with data is essential. You should be comfortable working with numbers, translating complex data into clear narratives, and leading junior team members, typically with at least 1 year of people management experience and 3+ years of professional experience. Responsibilities What does an Analytics Manager do day-to-day? Managers work closely with Analysts and Senior Analysts to ensure day-to-day execution stays on track while elevating the quality of insights and storytelling. They partner with their Associate Director to translate account vision into clear direction for the team and ensure consistent execution against that vision. They are accountable for driving alignment across teams, removing blockers, and keeping workstreams moving forward. Managers actively develop Analysts and Senior Analysts through coaching, feedback, and raising the bar for both execution and thinking. They also manage up to their Associate Director and serve as the connective layer between strategy and execution, balancing people management, project management, and client-facing responsibilities to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, insight-driven work. Qualifications Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience Minimum 1 year of management experience of junior-level staff Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word); expert-level Excel skills (complex formulas required) Experience with digital advertising technologies and analytics platforms (e.g., ad serving and site analytics tools such as CM360, Google Analytics, Adobe, or equivalent) Understanding of key digital media channels (Search, Display, Social, Email, CRM) Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to perform client-critical analysis with limited oversight Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across audiences Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and drive multiple workstreams to completion in a fast-paced environment Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to improve workflows, identify inefficiencies, and enhance how workstreams operate Desired Experience: Preferred 3 - 6 years of relevant experience, agency experience is a plus Understanding and familiarity with advanced analytics practices (Descriptive Statistics, Linear Regression, Forecasting) Exposure to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and how they inform business decisions Exposure to third‑party measurement and research measurement partners to analyze brand lift/brand health metrics Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, analysis, and/or workflow productivity Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
