The main responsibility of the analyst will be the study and documentation of business strategies and brand activities. They will be collaborating with subject matter experts and technology partners to establish technical vision
This position offers an opportunity to develop and expand information analysis and reporting skills. This role will provide in depth exposure to companies' products, promotions, and consumer services. Individual will provide detailed analysis of consumer contacts and social media to support all levels of the organization.
The Senior Consumer Information Analyst operates under limited direction and is the liaison between the consumer and other delegated functionalities in the organization.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in data analysis in market research and consumer rights
- 3 - 5 years of experience in problem solving and possess strong business intelligence skills
- Social Media Analysis or research and reporting experience
- Tracx, Radian,MS Office Excel,Business Objects, Cognos, Database structures
