About the role 🤓
You will join the People team as part of the People Ops & Payroll function. You will work in close collaboration with the Payroll Specialist, sitting within the People Compliance & Governance area. It is a high-autonomy, high-variety role with visibility across the entire company, the operational backbone that keeps everything running smoothly for our ~400 employees.
Your focus is on the ops side: coordinating processes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring every cycle (payroll, onboarding) runs on time and without gaps.
