Position Overview
We are seeking a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care in the comfort of patients’ homes. This flexible, as-needed role allows you to work autonomously while supporting clients with daily activities, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

What You’ll Do
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and hydration
- Monitor patients’ health, reporting changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or office promptly
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate documentation for each visit, including care provided and observations
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards
What We’re Looking For
- Current CNA certification in the state of Virginia
- Prior home health or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong documentation skills to accurately record care and observations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Compassion, patience, and dedication to patient-centered care
- Ability to drive and travel within Loudoun County as needed
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and PRN shifts
