As an Export Assistant, you will play a key role in coordinating shipping documentation, managing export processes, and ensuring compliance with international trade requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate export documentation and shipping records
- Process Customs Declarations and Certificates of Origin
- Coordinate shipments with brokers, shipping lines, and internal teams
- Track shipments and maintain export data for reporting and compliance
- Support insurance documentation and export-related financial tracking
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 CXC O’ Levels
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 1 year’s experience in logistics, administration, or export-related work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach
