Your role:
The business in Greece is strongly growing and we are looking to hire a Head of Business Development Greece who will help us to deal with existing and to establish new business opportunities in Greece. Operating from our office in Athen, you will be the bridge to our business partners in Greece with the mission to position Debitos as the #1 player on the Greek market. As Business Development Manager, you will have responsibility for Debitos’ growth in Greece – identifying opportunities, driving the revenue and supporting the management to make the right decisions.
Your responsibilities:
Define the growth strategy for the local market together with the management, generate sales and create new business opportunities, while managing sales processes
Build brand awareness, plan and lead marketing activities for the region, and drive successful marketing projects
Research the market, provide market insights and identify the most promising potential clients and partners
Adopt the platform and materials to the cultural differences of the local market
Work cross-functionally in order to maximize the market’s full potential
