Director, AI Strategy & Growth

Job Summary The Director, AI Strategy & Growth leads the development and execution of HMA’s enterprise AI strategy to drive measurable business value, operational efficiency, and organizational growth. This role partners with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and IT teams to identify, prioritize, and scale AI-enabled initiatives that align with strategic priorities and support long-term business objectives. The Director is responsible for maintaining the enterprise AI roadmap, driving organizational adoption, establishing value realization metrics, and ensuring AI investments deliver meaningful outcomes.
