Job Description

Controllership – GL Manager
  1. Designation – Associate manager / Manager – Finance
  2. Experience 5-8 years (Working in Big 4 or industry listed or otherwise doing consolidation)
  3. Qualification – Chartered Accountant – preferably qualified in 1st or 2nd attempt
  4. Role
    1. Review of month end accruals, intercompany reco, balance sheet schedules, Income statement trend analysis
    2. Preparation of monthly schedules on monthly and quarterly basis for group companies
    3. Preparation of Monthly business review / quarterly Board decks
    4. Tracking actual cost v/s Budget
    5. Support in consolidation of Annual budget
    6. Monitoring of Fixed Assets Accounting. Evaluation of ROI
    7. Strong knowledge of GAAP (Experience of handling projects like implementation of IND AS)
    8. Knowledge of Preparing financials with notes & cash flow, Preparation of Reg 33, segment reporting and notes
    9. Participate in compliance with Companies Act 2013 requirements like CSR, Related party
    10. Support manager in Managing statutory audit process on a quarterly basis
    11. Working knowledge in SAP including Consolidation of financials in BPC module of SAP
