What does the role involve?
In collaboration with their supervisor, the Team Leader inspires, guides, and motivates their team to ensure safe and efficient execution of operations. They respond quickly to unforeseen situations, prioritize health and safety, and play an active role in continuous improvement. They leverage individual strengths to build a high-performing, engaged team that reflects Bath Fitter core values.

What is the ideal profile for this position?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in French (English is an asset).
- Inspiring leadership style focused on collaboration, talent development, and building a climate of trust.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, handle pressure, and actively contribute to continuous improvement.
- Solid command of technological tools, including MS Office, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
What will your responsibilities be as a Team Lead?
- Promote a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety rules, responding promptly when needed, and fostering a culture of prevention.
- Plan and coordinate daily activities, assign tasks based on priorities, lead start-of-shift meetings, and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
- Maintain a strong floor presence to support the team, answer questions, address issues, and identify training needs.
- Monitor operational performance through audits, and ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and established processes.
- Guide and engage team members by encouraging collaboration, supporting development, and promoting continuous improvement.
- Actively contribute to departmental improvement projects, technical training, and performance evaluation processes.
- Promote employee engagement and foster awareness of Lean Manufacturing practices.
