Lease Administrator/ Law Clerk

Job Description

What you'll do


Lease Administrator will manage the full lifecycle of lease agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, execution and post-lease administrative management. They will abstract key data (dates, rent, terms) into systems like Yardi, coordinate renewals and terminations, and liaise with internal teams and tenants.

  • Lease Documentation: Draft, review, and maintain lease agreements, amendments, extensions, and terminations.

  • Data Management & Abstraction: Summarize and enter lease terms into property management software (e.g., Yardi), organize and maintain leasing database, save documents into existing systems.

  • Communication: Respond to internal and external inquiries related to lease, act as a key contact with tenants, and internal departments regarding lease questions and issues.

  • Tracking: Monitor critical lease deadlines such as renewal options, move-ins/move-outs, and rent increases.

What you bring

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in lease administration or legal.

  • Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with Yardi or similar database systems.

  • Attention to Detail: High proficiency in reading complex legal contracts and accurately extracting data.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for coordinating with internal/external parties

Broadband Salary Range: $81,000 – $131,000.


Our typical hiring range is between $90,000 and $128,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
