Staff Auditor - Internal Control

We are seeking a Staff Internal Auditor to join our Audit team at Fossil Group in Bengaluru, Karnataka. What you will do in this role Perform Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) business process walkthroughs and testing across a global controls environment Execute financial, operational, and compliance audits in line with the annual audit plan and management requests Identify opportunities to reduce risk, strengthen internal controls, and improve business performance Follow up on audit findings and validate the implementation of management action plans Support the preparation and documentation of audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, automation, and audit efficiency Participate in special projects and advisory assignments as directed by audit leadership Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in audit, accounting, risk, compliance, or related areas Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and testing in a US public company environment Solid understanding of business risks and internal control frameworks Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite tools, especially Excel and Sheets Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package Support for work-life balance, including time-off programs Hybrid work opportunities, where applicable Learning and development support Employee product discounts An inclusive, collaborative, and values-driven workplace
