Job Description

As Manager of People Culture (Learning background) you will be a role model for our team members. From day one, you will be involved in their journey preparing and monitoring individual development plans, organising training activities, and supporting them through learning and development opportunities. You will also support the property Leadership Team with advice on how best to improve team member’s skills and capabilities in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally you will be supporting in delivering the efficient People & Culture services to the team members of the hotel.

• Drive TMs engagement and organizational culture
• Manage learning & development programs
• Support talent development and performance management
• Ensure training compliance and service excellence standards
• Partner with department leaders to enhance team capability

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HR, L&D, or People & Culture within hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
  • Experience in premium hotel brands preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for people development and service excellence
