- 1st level online support
- Technical support for software maintenance customers
- Software installation and customer training on site
- Sales support through demos and presentations, and customer support through implementation
- Willingness to travel approx. 50% (trips within North America)
- Preparation / tracing of errors (bugs) for software programming
- Testing of software releases (user tests)
- Assistance in the creation of training manuals for software modules and software interfaces

- Experience in dealing with databases (MS SQL Server)
- Communication and guidance (teaching) skills in dealing with customers
- Exceptionally good written and spoken English
- Understanding of technical relationships (ideally in CNC production, tools, CAD / CAM, etc.)
