
Electrical Project Manager - Mixed Development
Job Description
- Manage all electrical engineering scope for urban development projects, including:
- MV/LV power distribution
- Lighting systems
- ELV systems (fire alarm, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, BMS)
- Review and manage electrical designs for compliance with:
- Philippine Electrical Code (PEC)
- Cebu City LGU requirements
- Local utility provider standards
- Coordinate with the client, architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor construction works to ensure quality, safety, schedule, and cost compliance
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and commissioning plans
- Conduct site inspections, technical audits, and progress evaluations
- Manage electrical-related risks, technical issues, and value engineering initiatives
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover
- Prepare progress reports and present updates
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 8–12 years of electrical project experience in urban development, high-rise buildings, mixed-use projects, or infrastructure
- Able to communicate fluently in English and local language
