Project Lead

Responsibilities: Our research teams are central to our work flow and therefore we hire only those candidates that can rise to the challenge. As a Project Lead with us your work responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Train Associates/Analysts in the respective domain and ensure the delivery of world-class research reports to our clients taking responsibility for their output.
• Conduct extensive primary and secondary research to author research reports, white papers and other publications.
• Writing "due diligence" reports in a timely manner on subjects across the globe for the varying business and/or compliance requirements of our clients.
• Review, summarize and analyse media articles/company filings, retrieved from open media search, online databases, etc.
• An ability to accurately filter information quickly and to empathize with our client's requirements to ensure a quality and timely product is always delivered.
• Interact with clients and deliver on consulting assignments.
• Support our client relations team with proposals, conference calls, etc. from time to time.
• Take an active part in growing the team by interviewing and hiring the very best.

 

Requirements:

            Non-Negotiable Skills:

• A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in Market Research.  
• Strong quantitative, research, and data analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and language skills in English.
• A curious mind.
• Ability to make associations and tell the right story.

 

Desired Skills

• Hands-on experience in forecasting and visualization techniques
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
• Ability to manage time and pay close attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Proven networking skills score additional points.
