- You are responsible for managing software license orders. This includes generating licenses, handling software delivery and maintenance, as well as invoicing in the ERP system.
- You will also work on optimizing our existing processes and help shape our delivery workflows across departments.
- Close communication with our customers and the preparation of various reports are part of your daily business.
- Together with the entire team, you will participate in internal projects and have the opportunity to take on responsibility.

Your profile
- You have a degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
- Further training as a certified accountant or business administrator is an advantage.
- You have several years of experience in accounting, sales support, or order processing.
- Ideally, you are familiar with Dynamics, SAP ByD, and Chargebee.
- You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- You have excellent English skills, Dutch would be nice
- A quick grasp and attention to detail characterize your way of working.
