Join AXA Partners as our Director of B2C Travel Insurance – Drive Growth, Innovation, and Customer Success

Are you a strategic eCommerce leader passionate about transforming travel insurance sales through digital channels

We want you to spearhead our B2C growth and make a real impact on millions of travelers

What you’ll be doing: Lead and inspire a high-performing team to accelerate B2C travel insurance sales, aiming for double-digit growth

Manage and optimize the full eCommerce platform, improving customer journey, funnel performance, and overall user experience

Develop and implement data-driven strategies, including A/B testing, analytics, and continuous optimization

Oversee digital acquisition channels such as SEO, paid media, social media, and affiliate marketing, ensuring maximum ROI

Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to align product offerings with market needs and regulatory standards

Manage vendor relationships, develop affiliate strategies, and drive innovative growth initiatives

Monitor performance metrics, refine pricing and promotions, and adapt quickly to market trends

Foster an entrepreneurial mindset within your team, encouraging ownership, agility, and continuous learning

bring: 7+ years of leadership experience in digital sales, marketing, or eCommerce roles. 15+ years of comprehensive experience in eCommerce, with a strong grasp of the latest trends and best practices

Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and traffic acquisition platforms (Meta, Google, Bing, etc.)

Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision making

Strategic thinker with excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills

Ability to adapt swiftly to change, prioritize effectively, and lead with discipline and confidence
