Position Summary
We are seeking a structured and proactive Project Coordinator to strengthen the handover of development projects into operations. This role ensures that new products and processes are transferred efficiently with full operational readiness.
The Project Coordinator will act as the bridge between R&D, Project Management, and Operations -driving clarity, alignment, and execution during the critical transition phase.
The role
As our new Project Coordinator, you will improve our Project-to-Operations Handover process by
- Act as the central point of contact between R&D and the Operations functions Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
- Coordinate and standardize the handover process from development to production
- Ensure all deliverables (documentation, training, tooling, quality requirements) are completed before release
- Ensure operational stakeholders are involved early in project phases
- Maintain clear handover plans, timelines, and readiness criteria
- Plan for pilot productions to verify the supply change and demonstrate sufficient production technician training and product maturity.
- Drive continuous improvement of handover processes, templates, and governance
Qualifications & Experience
We expect that you have minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or project coordination - and have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience working in a high-complexity, low-volume production environment is a strong advantage.
On a personal level, you need strong organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Proficiency in English at an advanced business level is required.
