Lead Technical Progam Manager

As a member of the Global Technology Investment Governance (TIG) team, you will help drive Enterprise Technology portfolio governance best practices and the Quarterly Portfolio Review (QPR) process, enabling consistent standards and clear insights for senior leadership. You will partner with ET Finance & Business Management and Portfolio Governance leads to streamline governance frameworks, reporting, and execution across ET, and work closely with the GT COO organization to set QPR agendas, produce leadership-ready materials, and capture key outcomes. The role requires strong stakeholder management, program/project delivery, data-driven problem solving, and advanced PowerPoint/Excel skills, with preferred experience in reporting tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, SIGMA, Databricks Genie) and strategic transformation or product development.
