Job Description
Responsible for mid-level preparation and execution of food items. This an experienced cook position with 1-3 years combined culinary education/experience required. Minor-friendly position; candidates must be at least 16 years of age or older. The Heirloom Restaurant is our flagship restaurant, featuring formal dining and lakeside comfort in the dining room of the historic Athenaeum Hotel. Seasonal employment (summer).
