Job Description

Job Requirements

At Quest Global, it’s not just what we do but how and why we do it that makes us different. With over 25 years as an engineering services provider, we believe in the power of doing things differently to make the impossible possible. Our people are driven by the desire to make the world a better place—to make a positive difference that contributes to a brighter future. We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster.

Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Delivery Partner / Delivery Manager (VLSI)

### Role Objective

To manage the end-to-end delivery of semiconductor design services and solutions. You will be responsible for the P&L (Profit and Loss), resource management, and technical roadmap execution for specific global accounts, ensuring that silicon designs meet power, performance, and area (PPA) targets on time.

### Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s engineering leadership. Manage expectations, handle escalations, and provide weekly progress reports.

Project Governance: Oversee the entire VLSI lifecycle—from RTL Design and Functional Verification to Physical Design (Synthesis, P&R) and DFT (Design for Test).

Resource & Talent Management: Lead a large team (often 50–100+ engineers). Forecast hiring needs, manage attrition, and ensure skill-gap training in latest tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys).

SLA & Milestone Tracking: Ensure "Tape-out" schedules are met. Strictly monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as bug count, coverage percentages, and timing closure.

Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, SOW (Statement of Work) compliance, and billing cycles for the customer account.

### Requirements & Skills

Technical Background: Deep expertise in the ASIC/SoC lifecycle. You should understand 7nm/5nm nodes and the challenges of high-speed design.

Experience: Typically 12–18+ years in the semiconductor industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or program management role.

Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with EDA tool flows (Innovus, ICC2, Primetime) and methodologies (UVM/OVM).

Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills—you’ll often have to tell a customer why a deadline might shift or why more resources are needed.

We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day. Questians are driven by hunger, humility, and aspiration. We believe that our company culture is the key to our ability to make a true difference in every industry we reach. Our teams regularly invest time and dedicated effort into internal culture work, ensuring that all voices are heard.

We wholeheartedly believe in the diversity of thought that comes with fostering a culture rooted in respect, where everyone belongs, is valued, and feels inspired to share their ideas. We know embracing our unique differences makes us better, and that solving the worlds hardest engineering problems requires diverse ideas, perspectives, and backgrounds. We shine the brightest when we tap into the many dimensions that thrive across over 21,000 difference-makers in our workplace.
