Job Description: Collaborate with training managers to plan and organize training sessions, workshops and conferences Ensure the availability of necessary training materials, equipment and resources Provide logistical support for training events, including booking venues, coordinating catering and managing attendee registrations Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance and feedback Assist in the development and update of training content and resources Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and procedures Provide administrative support to the training team as needed Coordinate with related people, check, control facilities management
