Job Description

What you'll do

We are looking for a compassionate care professional to provide 24-hour support as part of a clinically trained team, delivering person-centred care for an individual with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and monitor all clinical care, including tracheostomy care, suctioning, PEG feeding, bowel and bladder management, medication, and moving and handling
  • Recognise and respond to autonomic dysreflexia
  • Support non-verbal communication using a spelling system
  • Maintain accurate care records

About the Individual

  • Lives with tetraplegia and requires full clinical support
  • Communicates non-verbally
  • Enjoys watching TV, using exercise pedals, and family visits

You don’t need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion and resilience as we provide full nurse-led training.
