Job Description
The Banquet Captain ensures the quality presentation of food and beverages to guests; ensures all guests’ needs are met, including proper service; and is responsible for the setup and teardown of equipment for meetings and/or food and beverage functions in the Banquet and training rooms.
1. Practice, support, and promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino.
2. Meet with all conveners at the beginning of all functions.
3. Ensure the smooth, professional operation of the banquet functions.
4. Promote positive guest relations and handle complaints and suggestions.
