Job Description

Develop business plans and strategies in conjuction with the General Manager as to how best to drive business growth

Direct company's sales program

Assign sales territories, set goals and establish training programmers for sales Executives

Manage sales Executive and ensure they meet tier tergets.

Prospect and sell Toyota/Ford brand of vehicles

A good first degree or its equivalent in relevant field, plus minimum of 7 years working experience in the sales department of an automobile company of which 5 years must have been spent at the manegerial level in any Manufacturing industry or a well organized trading organization

A masters degree in business administration administration or in the social sciences will be an added advantage.

Ability to drive is compulsory.Experience in field sales prospecting to corporate and a government institution is essential.
