What you’ll need

Must possess excellent analytical skills and demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp new concepts

Must have 3-5 years’ experience in a construction or utility accounting environment

Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, etc) and Google Sheets.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Skill in prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines.

Dependable with good attendance and adherence to work schedules.

Team player, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.

Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies, including proprietary software

Experience with Google tools such as: Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Smart Sheets

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Strong accounting and finance skills are required.

Minimum 45 WPM typing speed with 10-key proficiency
Additional preferred Skills/Experience (not required but would be beneficial):
- Construction industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
