As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly assessing the current operational state. The role includes capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
- Drive alignment of business strategies with technology capabilities to optimize operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize business workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Capability to support transformation initiatives by aligning business architecture with technology roadmaps.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in GuideWire Integration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
