Job Description

The Supply Chain Analyst role supports the Business Unit by collecting, managing, and analyzing key supply chain data from multiple sources. The role contributes to planning, forecasting, S&OP, and inventory reporting, while driving standardization of supply chain tools and processes. Working closely with planners and project teams, the role provides analytical insights, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures effective communication with internal and external stakeholders in Polish and English.

  • Manage collection of key data from multiple sources/systems towards the Business Unit,

  • Develop efficient data collection process to facilitate data gathering,

  • Provide analytical support and information across the area. 

  • Driving standardization and area use of the main Supply Chain tools,

  • Contribute to S&OP data preparation, supporting in analysis and improvement proposals,

  • Support on the creation and distribution of inventory reports,

  • Engage as a team member on supply chain related projects,

  • Communication to internal & external stakeholders in Polish and English on daily basis.

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience 

  • Any additional relevant supply chain qualifications - preferred but not mandatory

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Advanced Excel Skills

  • Understanding of supply chain processes (preferred)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Fluency in English
