Job Description
- Implement and sustain supply chain execution at contract manufacturing sites in support of business operations focusing on procurement, logistics, reverse supply chain, etc.
- Develop and deliver digital capabilities/enhancements as per project/product roadmap focusing on contract manufacturers. Execute delivery per project plan, identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and align stakeholders with communications.
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external cross-functional teams to evaluate gaps in existing processes and platforms, and drive the business case for transformation. Identify, document, and manage business requirement pipeline.
- Translate business requirements to functional and technical designs, and map process flows through collaboration with partner teams. Develop and review integration, user acceptance, and associated program test plans.
- Support the deployment of new capabilities, provide hypercare, and address post-roll out issues.
