【 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 】
Engage in a bank's system implementation project. This is a PMO position of Testing/Quality Assuarance team. Work closely with the development team. Will be working under the leader as a PMO member and the key responsilibities will be as follows; - Track the progress of the testing and the quality check task of the project team. - Manage and follow up on the issues raised from the activity. - Conduct the quality process check by working closely with the development team. - Make arrangement between the relevant teams such as development team, infrastructure team, etc. Engage in a bank's system implementation project. ・Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology ・Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
2) Experience - list type & years of relevant work experience required Experience - list type & years of relevant work experience required
・5+ years of experience in banking or any related field.
・3+ years of experience of management and promotion of system implementation project as PMO. ・3+ years of experience of taking part in testing and the quality check task of the development project.
・ Working experience in Banking projects is high advantage.
3) Knowledge/ Skills/ Languages/ Licence & Other Abilities Knowledge/ Skills/ Languages/ Licence & Other Abilities
・Good documentation capabilities of project management documents (Issue management/tracking, Task progress management (Todo/Status/Timline), Minutes of meetings, etc.)
・ Good communication/negotiation skill to liaise with the users, IT team and HQ team regarding inquiries, issues, etc. under client's PM in order to promote the project smoothly.
