Sr Vendor Management Specialist

Position Summary:   The Vendor Management Specialist Senior oversees a portion of the vendor network which includes contractors and service providers that support the claims process—such as mitigation, restoration, temporary housing, environmental testing, contents vendors etc. They source and onboard vendors, support contract maintenance, monitor performance and compliance with service-level standards, and address escalations or quality issues. In working closely with adjusters and leadership, they will ensure vendors deliver timely, cost-effective, and high-quality services that align with company guidelines and enhance the policyholder experience during property claims.
